Honoring and exemplifying the sorority’s growth, our Educational Development programs provide young people with the tools, support, and encouragement they need to build confidence, excel academically, grow as leaders, strengthen their mental and physical health, and thrive in their schools and communities.

Delta Academy

Empowering girls ages 11–14 through academic enrichment, leadership development, and character building, Delta Academy provides a supportive environment where young girls can discover their strengths and grow them with discipline and purpose.

Delta GEMS (Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully)

Standing with young women ages 14–18 as they become their authentic selves while preparing them for college and career readiness, through goal setting, self-esteem development, and reinforcing positive values.

EMBODI (Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence)

Guiding young men ages 11–18 by providing support as they navigate life by providing male and female mentorship, skills training, and academic enrichment activities.

The program year begins in September and runs through June. All program volunteers and mentors must be risk management trained.
